      Hi Ruben. Plugins and themes are considered derivative works of Wordpress. Therefore you need to abide by the GNU GPL v2 or greater. Much has been written online about the GPL. A simplistic answer is that you can charge whatever you want but when users get the software, they have the freedom to redistribute it to the public with or without a fee.(under the same terms of the GPL) Full details here:­
