This is a group for anyone interested in meditation and Buddhism studies and application on daily life.
I have been practicing meditation since 2003 and have been introducing these teachings to others since 2008. I attend a 10 day retreat at the New York Dharma Drum Retreat Center every year to enhance my practice.
I would like to share the benefits of meditation with people and hopefully teach others how to find inner peace.

This Saturday’s guided meditation class will be online, so you will be able to practice within the comfort of your own home. You will be guided through moving meditation, sitting meditation, and self-massage through Zoom. Please practice in a quiet room and leave your cellphone muted as if you were practicing in person. If you don’t have meditation cushions, you can use blanket and pillow(s). You will need to download the Zoom app to be able to join our online session. After you sign up for the class, I will send you the Zoom meeting link.
