Drop-in Meditation

Have you had your 10 a day?

We are all familiar with the need to eat five portions of fresh fruit and vegetables every day to stay physically healthy – but what of our spiritual health? 10 minutes of meditation every day can help us to become calmer, more peaceful people and improve our relationships with everyone and everything.

So why not drop in to Aro Ling Cardiff and nourish yourself spiritually with a before or after work, or lunchtime session of meditation. Just join us for the whole or part of the session. Everyone is welcome – beginners, those with experience and anyone interested in meditation.
