Volunteers are essential for all parts of trail development, from the first planning to the final certification and continuing maintenance, the North Country Trail does not happen without them.

The section of the trail that the Arrowhead Chapter has adopted contains 20+ miles of trail that is already built, and needs to be maintained; plus a yet to be developed section that is expected to be more than 100 miles in length when complete. There is no shortage of opportunities to get involved.

The hardest part might be to decide what to do. To find out more, contact us here, or

[come to a meeting]

or call doug at 326 4030

Your next chance to help out on the trail is on the Route Flagging SW of Grand Rapids
