What we're about
Do you enjoy the arts, crafts or gardening? The experience of making - or simply appreciating art can be healing. In times of stress, I've found that the act of creating (whether a drawing, painting, collage or a garden) is calming and restorative. We'll plan a variety of activities. Your ideas are welcome. This may be an opportunity to share your skill or learn a new one. The group is open to everyone - no previous experience necessary.
