Excellent and engaging talk by a good speaker, followed by similarly excellent and full replies to numerous questioners, which continued long after the event formally ended. Well-attended and full, despite the Tube strike. So those who found it too difficult to reach the RSA last evening, really missed something. It was well worth being there.

On top of the great presentations and involving discussion that I attended recently, at one of the Natural History Museum Friday Lates, on the subject of Homo Sapiens and Neanderthals, this talk added another and fruitful angle to the debate on the evolution of primates, from a psychologist's viewpoint. Professor Dunbar's new book on the subject could be worth reading for those who didn't manage to attend - although the event was webcast too and might be available shortly to download.

Looks as though we need a badge, so others can identify group members.

I have had to cancel my place as I wouldn't have got there in time due to the strike. Very annoying!

Yes, it's really frustrating. The lines I need are open, but because there are much fewer trains than usual, it's impossible to get in. Going back home. I'm sorry and better luck to everyone else!
