This is a meetup for everyone interested in artificial intelligence. All skill levels are welcome. We will have several speakers and demos covering a wide range of AI topics. Come and enjoy the networking with other AI experts and enthusiasts!

First of all - a large thank to the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (FS) for sponsoring the location and catering! The FSF is also holding an AI summit on the 18th of June (check for details here: https://ai-summit.de/)

There are 400 seats available - please be sure to adjust your RSVP. Based on past no-show figures, we have invited 560 people and expect all 400 seats to be filled!

Talks:
-1) "Full conditional probabilities lead to indeterminate probability values"
Probability is central to Artificial Intelligence. Looking at the foundations of probability will provide valuable insights into the deepest foundations of AI itself.
Bruno de Finetti famously declared ``every probability is conditional'' (1974) and he is not alone in discarding Kolmogorov's axiomatization of probability, with its ratio definition of conditional probability, for a theory of probability that takes conditional probability as primitive. On the other hand, de Finetti (with Savage, 1962) also expressed skepticism towards theories of probability that allow for imprecise or indeterminate values. The purpose of this talk is to show that you cannot have it both ways. Specifically, if one adopts conditional probabilities as the primitive concept of probability, then one must accept that at least some probability values may be indeterminate, and that some probability questions may fail to have numerically precise answers.

-2) “Machine Learning & Content Mining for Financial Services.“
This talk on Machine Learning & Content Mining for FS will focus on technology and use cases for data analysis. Participants will learn about benefits that can be generated from using both proprietary and open source data based on a real-life FS case.

-3) "The Google² of Life Science: AI in preclinical, clinical, regulatory and commercial stages of a drug"
Disrupting traditional processes & fundamentally transforming how intelligence and analytics are generated and consumed in life sciences is essential for helping companies deliver faster. By making data and insights available everywhere, every time, we can help accelerate the development of cures, and make the healthcare industry more efficien
