Slow flow vinyasa with core work for our postnatal moms! Saturdays at 10:00 am at River Yoga! This class is a slow flow vinyasa designed to give moms a safe and fun way to reclaim their yoga practice and increase core strength. We recommend 6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth and 8 weeks for a c-section. Hope to see you!
