This class is for beginners and for those who want to meditate or try to meditate but don't know how. In this class we will teach you how to learn to relax and quiet your mind. Cassandra will walk you through a few techniques that will help quiet your mind. She will then walk you through a meditation to quiet the mind and body.
After the meditation, you will be given the opportunity to share your experiences of what worked best for you and what you need to work on a little more. We are all here to learn and grow together! Sharing what helped you could help a fellow student. This is a safe place to learn and grow!!
