And whether you want to drop a few inches, build some muscle, or just live a healthier lifestyle, why not have fun along the way? It’s why Challenge Groups are so perfect. Think of them as a simple and supportive way to achieve your short-term goals – and turn them into healthy habits. We meet every Saturday afternoon in Ashburn to walk 2 miles and share healthy snacks and shakes. This group is open to all ages and every fitness level.
