Get tips on nutrition, clean eating and overcoming challenges. Create a fun, supportive network as we work towards our own personal goals.
My schedule is flexible and I walk in most weather! I can schedule 2-3 30 minute walks a day, morning, afternoon or evening!
If you aren't ready to walk in a group no problem! I'll walk with you and help you get the habit started and the confidence growing!
