Monthly FMD Meet-UP: sharing, P3 potluck style meal, & hike, weather permitting.

  • Needs a location

  • We meet on the 4th Saturday of every month, at 1pm at the church, which is just south of I-40 across from the Huddle House.  When you pull into  the parking lot you will see a long flat-roofed building in-between two buildings flanking it on the left and the right.  There are two double-glass door entrances on the flat-roofed building, enter the doors on the right (the point of reference being as you stand in the parking lot facing the building).  As you enter, you will see a kitchen on the left; and directly across from the kitchen is the Youth/Multi-Purpose room, we will be in one or both rooms at 1pm.

    We will have a potluck style Phase 3 meal.  This will be planned and you will be asked to bring something specific to contribute to the meal.  So be sure to RSVP with either your cell phone number, email address, or both so you can be contacted with details about the meeting and what to bring.  

    Over the meal we will share what's "new and good" in our lives, either to do with the FMD lifestyle or something else.  We will swap recipes, tips, and pointers.  If you have a recipe you like, be sure to bring it to share.  

    Following the meal, we will go for a hike in the mountains, weather permitting. This is optional, of course; but a great way to get your Phase 3 exercise in and get to know your fellow FMD'ers!
