What we're about

The intention of this group is to practice mindfulness and breathing techniques while having an easy paced walk and observing the beauty of nature. Mindful walking is and easy and enjoyable way to practice meditation. We will focus on our senses and observe our connection with ourselves and everything around us, interact and play with various natural elements. We will try unplug, unwind, and reach towards a state of complete relaxation.
