Tell us a little about yourself and your interest in science!

My research is with the remipedes, a class of crustacean that lives in submerged coastal caves.

Do you have a topic, event, or presenter you'd like to suggest?

I'm happy to talk about submerged cave ecology and remipedes, specifically. I can also talk about bats, one of my favorite mammals!

Taught at Antioch College (biology and environmental sciences) for 18 wonderful years! After living in Puerto Morelos, Q Roo, Mexico, we sold our home and happily moved to Asheville. This is a great town!
