A monthly meetup for expectant parents and very new parents - a group to help guide you and your body through pregnancy and into the postnatal period.
We will offer and share tips and ideas on a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to):

*** Positive mindset in pregnancy and parenthood
*** Managing relationships
*** Reiki healing
*** Maintaining a Work - life balance
*** Journaling and artistic expression/exploration ***

Run by Clare Ford from Beautiful Souls (https://www.beautifulsouls.co.uk/), a qualified conscious pregnancy and parenting coach; author; Reiki master, teacher and mum of two.

With special guests to talk about:

- Reflexology
- Yoga in pregnancy and post-natal
- Massage in pregnancy and for mum and baby
- Breastfeeding and slings
- Hypnobirthing
- Exercising safely in pregnancy and afterwards
- Nutrition for mum and baby
- Financial management

Every 3rd Saturday of the month.

Small donation of £5 per adult.

You are welcome whatever trimester you are in. For those in the postnatal stage, you can come for however long you need. If you would like to bring your baby along, you are welcome. Breastfeeding or bottle feeding are both totally accepted.

Educating: Each session is aimed at providing some unbiased information that covers aspects of pregnancy and parenthood – mind, body and soul. Rather than making it more confusing, we aim at “de-cluttering” and “simplifying”. We believe that each parent should develop their own individual approach that suits their very specific needs, likes, personalities, goals, values and situation. We therefore present everything in a “take it or leave it” approach. Some elements may resonate with you, while others may not be of any interest. Do not feel that you have to agree with or start practising everything discussed or demonstrated by our different practitioners – you can bring your own research/opinions/thoughts and questions to the community.

Informing and Empowering: While we offer a platform for providing information, we strongly insist that you carefully consider what your midwives, doctors and obstetricians explain to you and accept no responsibility for your overall wellbeing or health. We are here as extra emotional support and to provide supplementary information. We provide insights into approaches and practices that are meant to compliment the advice given by your chosen professional pregnancy team and do not wish to undermine their expert advice. We wish to simply empower you so that you can make the most informed decisions.

This is a group for soulful parents-to-be, first time or subsequently, to meet similar pregnant couples; share problems and solutions over a herbal tea and to become conscious co-creators together.
