This group is about educating health professionals & non health pros on Cognitive Behavior Therapy & Biofeedback: how it can directly impact one's life by providing symptom resolution (anxiety, depression, procrastination, pain, insomnia, phobias, body image concerns, relationship problems, etc), as well as how you can use CBT daily to live a fuller more postive life with an enhanced sense of happiness, content and overall well being. Cognitive therapy goes BEYOND just fixing a problem, it can help you permanently change your style of thinking and thus your way of behaving to help you be the BEST you can be!

About the founder: Dr. Jayme Renee Albin received her Ph. D in Clinical and Health Psychology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine /Yeshiva University in 2007 and her Masters in Development Psychology from Columbia University in 2000. She has been practicing CBT since 2001, has appeared on National Television as a Behavior Expert and been published extensively on various topics
