What we're about
This is a group for anyone interested in finding partners to walk with for health and wellness. Regular walking provides benefits to our bodies, our brains, and our moods. People of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome to join. Walks are usually on a Saturday or Sunday Morning at 8:30am. We walk mostly on paved trails around Santa Fe (Arroyo Chamiso Trail, The Rail Trail, The River Trail, etc.) Sometimes we stop someplace for coffee or a snack after the walk. Let's have fun, make new friends, and do something good for ourselves - Let's WALK!
