Mindful Eating Meditation Session
You are all invited to a very deep spiritual practice that involves the seeing, touching, smelling, chewing and recognizion of the meal in front of us in a mindful manner. Food has the potential to heal your body, mind and emotions when eating it mindfully. As per Hippocrates quote “Let your food be medicine and your medicine be food”
Being fully present with body and mind united will enable us to live in the present moment in the here and the now and enjoy the miracle of life.
This is going to be a wonderful and unique experience for the participants and a good opportunity to walk together, the path of enlightenment.
Miner's enchiladas included (Mexican dish)
This session is going to last 90 minutes in total, with an optional discussion session at the end.
Please note: this is a meatless dish.
Ingredients: corn tortillas, guajillo peppers, carrots , potatoes, lettuce, feta cheese, sour cream (optional).
Bottled water and tea will be provided.
