.	Standardized testing requirements, 
.	Logical reasoning
.	Clarity of thought
.	Quality of writing


Essays will not be penalized or rewarded for any particular perspective.

Essay contestants must have a RI connection - either be attendance in a
college or university in RI University or a resident of RI.
