This is a group for anyone interested in mindfulness meditation as a way to well being and happiness. All meditation experience levels are welcome. Join us for 2-3 hour workshops, drop-in sessions and 6-weeks UCLA certified courses in the centre on Athens. Taking the 6 weeks mindfulness course with give you the possibility to be certified as mindfulness meditation practitioner by the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). Teachings are both in the Greek and English languages. This is the "sister" group of the London Meditation and Mindfulness meet up.
