Delgado Boxing & Fitness offers a boxing regiment that's rated #1 in the state of Georgia. Trained, and taught, by retired Professional Welterweight Boxer Paul Delgado, our trainers are the most experienced in the area. We train you to fight for your fitness goals! Remember that we don't have Trainers who simply learned the basics of boxing on their own or through a class. No. Our Trainers have been, and continue to be, trained by a worldwide professional boxer himself. So all the techniques are authentic! The workouts are real and proven to work!

Members not only learn the fundamentals of boxing, which include basic foot work, movement drills, basic defensive techniques, and basic punching drills BUT members jump right into advanced fundamentals because we know that you can handle it. Everyone helps one another and you skip out on the months of basic group training that can get mundane. Classes are one hour long and well worth it. They end with a 15-20 minute hardcore abs workout that will leave you yearning for the next class to start. You sweat from beginning to end! The great part - it's all in one! Why pay for different classes to achieve your goal. Consider this your all-in-one training!

Self-defense techniques are also learned from the art of boxing. Our members consist of local police officers, fire fighters, Personal Trainers and more. All the pushes, kicks, knees, and elbows are executed against 100lbs heavy bags.  We ensure your increase your cardiovascular ability, making you stronger, faster, and more powerful. Now, yes, many gyms state their kickboxing classes aren't cardio kickboxing actually admitting their fault as if it were something to brag about - well think about that? Cardio goes hand in hand with kickboxing and boxing for that matter! Basically you need to build your cardiovascular system to be able to endure these classes in any gym. That's a proven fact. So don't allow others to teach or tell you differently!
