Confidence to Change | A Meditation Daycourse

Kadampa Meditation Center

$40.00

We all want to make changes in our life. We want to be less insecure, less fearful, less angry, less depressed, etc. We want to be confident, courageous, happy, creative, and so on. But we find it difficult to make these changes and to bring about the new versions of ourselves that we long for. The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the psychology of transformation, enable us to release our self-limiting views and to give us the confidence and skill to make these life-enhancing changes. Through teachings, guided meditations, and answers to your questions, Gen Kelsang Mondrub helps us to experience the methods through which we can joyfully bring about real changes swiftly and effectively. This meditation daycourse is co-taught by American Buddhist monk and resident teacher of KMC-GA, Gen Kelsang Mondrub, along with senior student Mayra Cuevas. 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. | Session 1 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. | Break for Lunch (not included in registration) 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. | Session 2 For more information and to register: https://meditationingeorgia.org/confidencetochange/
