September Theme- Self-Care for the Change of Seasons Happy Fall everyone! Cooler weather is a blessing, but it can wreak havoc on your immune system. If you and baby have a had a cold recently, the change of seasons may be why. Yoga poses and breath work are great ways to stay strong. I'll also share a great lymphatic self-massage you can do to refresh yourself anytime, which may help keep you healthy. By the way, what have you done for yourself lately, mama? You may have not asked yourself in a while, and probably think who has the time for me, but YOU are too important not to care for. We'll share what ya'll are doing for self-care and how to establish a self-care routine, since mama's wellness directly affects baby's wellbeing. Looking forward to seeing you all soon! This class incorporates: • Yoga poses, breathing and meditation to heal and strengthen mama’s body after birth • Yoga poses that you can do baby-wearing or not • Baby focused exercises and songs to stretch and delight baby • Anything goes environment – feel free to nurse, change diapers, not worry about a crying baby! • A supportive and friendly community for mamas and babies • Appropriate for babies from 1 month old • No yoga experience necessary, for mama or baby! • Mats are included but limited. Please bring one if you can. *Mondays 10-11am Weekly (Except holidays and some other days - check for dates) FREE Spaces have expanded! We can now comfortable accommodate 8 Mamas and Babies! What we're about

We are a group of local parents and pregnant women who:
- Practice the techniques of yoga and mindfulness to have a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth and child-raising

- Create a community of pregnant women and new parents to support each other's wellness

- Share space with other parents and pregnant women and do appropriate and enjoyable exercises as well as talk about feelings, issues, etc.!
