Many thanks to Robin for hosting. Sounds like it was a great concert!

Yup, no doubt there were other people there. But this isn't just an event listing service. It's not just to provide information. The idea is just as the name says: to meet up. meet new people. Make new friends. Establish a community of like-minded people. I'll post a few things from time to time to give some publicity to some performers, but I have certainly decreased my expectations of this group and will eventually end it.

Thanks for hosting, Robin. Yup---so frustrating---that's over an 80% No Show rate. Many MU groups have a 50% No Show rate. I had thought/hoped that people into classical music would show more integrity. Still, at least 4 of you got together.

It's possible others were there, but arrived after we went into the auditorium.

Only 4 of us came together in the lobby. So sorry we missed getting all 19 to meet.

Very nice program. Since I love literature, it was a great concept to have a program of music inspired by words!

I can hold up sign to connect up in the lobby! I really enjoyed Schubert concert and several of us were able to connect up and chat before hall was opened for seating. I would love to do that again at this concert. Concert starts at 8pm and tonight doors were opened for seating at 7:30. I will be there at 7pm with sign, but will go in at 7:30 when doors open. So be early...or be lonely! Ha!

Where is Emerson Concert Hall located on the campus?

Stephen, Emerson Hall is the auditorium within the Schwartz Center. You are probably familiar with that. If not, take a look at the map shown in the link below. The Schwartz Center is #1 in the Arts Venues map key. Park in P-1.
