Lets support our own Atlanta Opera in their production of Cinderella

Hi folks, Buy popular demand from our group, I have scheduled a meetup for the Atlanta Operas Performance of Cinderella. Thanks to all of you who have already expressed interest, and made suggestions they were very helpful. This promises to be a fun evening! We plan to meet for dinner first (optional). Details to be announced soon. We can meet in the lobby first floor before the performance. I will try to be there at 7:30. To order tickets, please call Charles Swint, development director of the Atlanta Opera. Please speak to him personally at[masked] ext 154. I have negotiated a price of $55 which includes tax. You can pay by credit card. I am told this is about 40% off the single ticket price. Please try to buy the tickets soon after you RSVP on meetup, as it would be nice to have an accurate headcount. Any problems please feel free to call me at[masked]-5928. If anyone wants to economize, you could get your own ticket in the balcony for as low as $30, but you would not be sitting with our group. The seats are excellent, front left of the mezzanine. He has reserved us a block of 10 seats, however, if we buy the tickets soon, I am sure we could get more seats, so don't be deterred if more than 10 sign up! Good accoustics and a very good view. You may want to bring opera glasses or binoculars if you want a very closeup view of faces, but this is not necessary. The venue is wonderful, and Atanta is so lucky to have it . There is really not a bad seat in the house. Parking is good and onsite. I think it is $5. Please do not be fooled by a few nearby offsite garages that will try to flag you in- they are further and the same price. The Cobb Energy Centre garage is almost immediately adjacent to the venue. So please come out and have a wonderful time and help support the Atlanta Opera. The tickets may be more than some things, but think of what you get for it, and how expensive it is to stage an opera! I view it as a bargain. Hope to meet you all there. I will send out details about the preopera dinner as soon as we finalize them. I am thinking those who are willing and able could meet for dinner at 6 in a nearby location. Please call or email me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Paul,
