Deftones
Deftones is an American alternative metal band formed in Sacramento, California in 1988. It was formed by Chino Moreno (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Stephen Carpenter (lead guitar), Abe Cunningham (drums) and Dominic Garcia (bass). During their first five years, the band's lineup changed several times, but stabilized in 1993 when Cunningham rejoined after his departure in 1990; by this time, Chi Cheng was bassist. The lineup remained stable for fifteen years, with the exception of keyboardist and turntablist Frank Delgado being added in 1999. The band is known as one of the most experimental groups to have come from the alternative metal scene, and are sometimes dubbed by critics as "the Radiohead of metal".

Gojira
are a French heavy metal band from Bayonne. Originally formed as Godzilla in 1996, they changed their name to Gojira in 2001. The band's lineup, consisting of brothers Joe Duplantier (lead vocals, guitar) and Mario Duplantier (drums, backing vocals), guitarist Christian Andreu, and bassist Jean-Michel Labadie, has been the same since the band's name change. They have released six studio albums and three live DVDs. They are known for their environment-themed lyrics and have gone from "utmost obscurity" to being placed "amongst (death metal)'s leading new millennium upstarts". Gojira have received Grammy nominations for Best Rock Album for their latest album Magma (2016) and Best Metal Performance for their single "Silvera".

Poppy
is an American singer, songwriter, actress, author, YouTuber, model, and religious leader. In 2013, Poppy moved to Los Angeles where she rose to prominence while working with director and musician Titanic Sinclair who helped her enhance her YouTube presence by making short performance art videos and music videos. In 2015, she signed a recording contract with Island Records, subsequently releasing her debut extended play, Bubblebath, as That Poppy. I Disagree, her latest album, received generally positive reviews from critics. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album has an average score of 72 out of 100, which indicates "Generally favorable reviews" based on 15 reviews.
