Needs a location
The holidays are a time of celebration. Unfortunately, celebrations usually include a lot of SAD foods. If you are used to eating a nutrient dense diet, it can be hard to stick to your way of eating, especially with kids. We will discuss ways to navigate the minefield of holiday foods and share some healthy recipes. You are welcome to bring food to share if you want, but don't feel like you have to.
The holidays are also a time when extended families get together. The subject of food is bound to come up in conversation. Personal food choices can be a touchy subject, right up there with religion and politics. How do you broach the subject with your loved ones? There is no one right answer but we will share our ideas.
