Feel the Power of the Dork Side
Pete Ludovice
Engineer, Educator, Comedian, Radio Host (or Just Plain Confused?)
Associate Professor (http://www.chbe.gatech.edu/faculty/ludovice.php) in the School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering
Georgia Institute of Technology

Join us as Pete Ludovice, engineering professor by day and stand-up comedian by night, leads us on a laughter-filled ride through the lighter side of science math and technology. Feel the Power of the Dork Side is a laugh-a-minute roller coaster ride through the world of science math and technology, a one-man show written and performed by Pete. It’s like your high school science class on nitrous oxide.

When not being heckled by his engineering students at Georgia Tech, Pete hosts a weekly radio show on science and technology, Inside the Black Box (http://www.wrek.org/blackbox/), Wednesdays at noon on WREK whose motto is “Science, only funnier.” Voted most likely to appear in a mug-shot wearing a pocket protector while a graduate student at MIT, Pete is out to prove that nerds can be funny and not just funny-looking. It’s comedy that will make you think, and perhaps write down an equation or two.
