Note: the following is not an Atlanta Science Tavern event and does not replace our own monthly meetup scheduled for this Saturday.


The Atlanta Botanical Gardens is hosting a series of 6 science cafes, each on the third Thursday of the month, beginning this Thursday, as part of their Cocktails in the Garden series.

Here are the details for this month's talk.

On the Origins of Evolution
Dr. David Lynn, Chair of the Chemistry Department at Emory University
Thursday, May 20, 7 - 8 pm

The event is described in an email announcement as "open to everyone" and the website says "guests $15, members free." You may wish to call 404-591-1590 with any questions.
