    Hello Everyone!

I am sorry to announce that we had to postpone the cooking class for 1 day.

Preethi will be teaching us N vs. South Indian Cooking on Wednesday Aug 21st instead of Tuesday the 20th.

    I apologize for any inconvenience.

She would also like to begin the class at 6 PM, if that is ok with you guys. Please post and let me know if that is ok, she said if you would prefer she can still do 7.

If you didn't make the first class that is no problem - she is showing different dishes. Her plan on Wednesday is "Quick Indian snacks" Samosas, pakoras, puff veg, vadas, etc.

Next Saturday (Aug 25th) she is planning on teaching curries, dals, lentils, etc.

If you have any specific dishes you would like to learn, she is willing to teach those also, just let us know in advance so that she can either work that into her class or schedule a class around that.
