Is the team equipped to manage this problem? Should they have to? What do the team expect you to do, if you are an Agile Coach?
While retrospectives are one starting point, the various issues and company cultures mean you need a flexible approach. Different problems will require different responses - from personal hygiene, poor time management, being too easily distracted, to inappropriate behaviour, or repeated absences. There is no one-size fits all answer to this question. But we might find some useful themes...
This will be a workshop session designed to give you new tools to deal with such issues. We will work in groups, generating a selection of methods so you can find the right response depending on the circumstances.
