Accelerate your training and join us in the Auckland domain on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30 am by the grandstand for our structured workouts. We use training paces based on your 5k time (we test this every few months, there's no minimum speed). The Tuesday sessions are the speed sessions to build strength and Thursday are the tempo/fartlek sessions to build endurance. Each session is only $2 to cover the cost of gear/club resources and despite the early start, the sun is always shining!
