What we're about

In this 10-week course participants will experience the spontaneous awakening of our natural subtle energy within, and learn the basics about the energy centers that form our subtle inner being. The awakening can be felt on our hands and top of head within first 10 mins of the process and thereafter it becomes daily affair as we meditate.. The awakening of one’s Inner Energy is a soft, natural and innate process that connects us with the all-pervading power around us (also called “self-realization”), soothes and silences our mind and gives us relaxation and improved well-being. It is the foundation for true meditation. This course is designed for everyone who would like to learn Sahaja Yoga Meditation regardless to one’s previous experiences with other types of Meditation and Yoga.
