I have been successfully investing and working with investors in the greater Portland area to purchase properties at the auction and sell for a profit. I think it is important to start a dialouge and answer questions about short sales vs. foreclosures and how to purchase at the auction. The process is complicated and risky so the more information and value I can provide for investors the better it will help our community!
Along with purchasing distressed properties I specialize in managing major renovations and additions to add value for flip projects. I work with new investors and seasoned investors alike. I currently have multiple flips going on so I have insite from both the investor side as well as the sales and sourcing side of projects.
