Augusta Linux User Group Meetup

We will be covering Raspberry Pi this month.

1) The steps to acquire one,
2) How to set one up with the various OSes,
3) and recommended hardware depending on your needs.

Also I will cover "alternatives" to Raspberry Pi, since each architecture configurations offers differentiated potential.

We'll be in the Media Center building.

it hasn't changed. i was informed recently his talk was only twenty minutes. with that said their should be enough room for two talks, if not i have no problem yielding.

sorry, i didn't see a topic set in the post and had forgotten about the Tor talk, now seeing it being discussed in the comments refreshes my memories..

    thank you,

Cool. I'm also going to try and bring a Pandaboard, which is its bigger cousin. dual core running at 1Gz and all the IO ports. But that is up in the air.

Thanks for clearing things up Tim, that's what I thought but I wasn't positive. All that in mind, anyone have something in particular they want to hear/learn about? :)

We'll be taking a look at the TOR network, as well as looking at the TOR network, which will include a demo. Be sure to make it.
