Urban gardening educator Emily Martin will teach a winter series of basic cooking classes for those who want to add many more vegetables to their diets. Participants will make and take home a meal that they can serve to their family. Each meal-making class will feature a different seasonal vegetable, many of them harvested right from the teaching gardens at Icebox Urban Farm.
A minimum donation of $3 is requested. Food is purchased and prepped for students with reservations only. You must reserve a seat.
