We have been meeting every Thursday, 11:30-1:00 p.m. online since the Covid-19 outbreak and YOU are invited! The community, virtual live speaking practice and FUN will prove priceless to your career or business....and your self-confidence and motivation.

You are welcome to attend as a guest with no obligation to join, but must formally RSVP through meetup.com. Once you RSVP, you will see a link to our meeting room where you will be put into a holding area until the meeting begins.

We vet every RSVP before allowing entrance into our live virtual meetings. So, when we see your RSVP, we will send a private message to you through Meetup.com. Be sure to check your private message and respond or we will not let you into the room on meeting day as a security measure against Zoom Bombers.

An alternative is to follow the link to our website at https://georgesuttontoastmasters.com/about-our-club which will prompt you to send an email through our contact form.

We will reply with the Meeting ID for you to attend our next meeting.

We are still following our traditional Toastmasters meeting format with Table Topics (impromptu speaking), prepared speeches, and individual and group evaluations to help you:

• Improve your public speaking and communication skills...and now "ONLINE" presentation skills.

• Overcome fear of speaking in front of a group

• Develop your use of humor

• Close more sales

• Broaden your networking contacts

• Learn and improve while having fun!

Also, be sure to join our club's facebook page https://www.facebook.com/auroracoloradotoastmasters for updates and announcements.

We are an official Toastmasters club #3942 (since 1979) called the George Sutton Toastmasters club, named after the man who helped Ralph Smedley organize the first Toastmasters club in 1904.

**Membership Note: By joining this Meetup group, we will send meeting invitations and announcements to you by email. If you would like to participate at our meetings to improve your speaking skills, you will need to officially join our "club" in person, which requires a very small semi-annual member dues. There is no charge to attend as a guest to see if our club is right for you.**

We hope to see you at one of our Thursday events soon...and we hope to be able to get back to in-person meetings soon!
