Afternoon Self Defense Classes

Each day is different!
For beginners:
Monday: work on Earth mode meditation and form, stretching, catching yourself and rolling to prevent accidents and injuries.
Tuesday: Water mode meditation and form, postures, and basic counters to punches and kicks.
Wednesday: Fire mode meditation and form, wrist & arm locks, and basic counters to grabs.
Thursday: Wind mode meditation and form, evasion drills, and reviewing the Nine rules for staying out of trouble.
Friday: Sky mode meditation and form, review the lessons from the rest of the week, and check to see what areas you need to work on.
Come as your schedule allows. We'll try to fit in 2-3 classes per day.
