What we're about

This is a group for anyone who is interested in Buddhism, spirituality, mindfulness, etc. All levels of understanding are welcome. We have numerous guided praticing events, such as meditation, mindful yoga, Dharma talk, tea ceremony, Tai Chi, discussion group, etc, most of which are lead by monastic instructor in a peaceful temple setting. I started this group to engage local buddhists or non-buddhists who want to learn about Buddhism, to share practice experiences, and to provide guidance.
