Tried posting this as a comment on the event page but it removed newlines and it looked crappy.

There are a few different libs I wouldn't mind talking about/demoing if there is interest:

https://github.com/pi... (I'm a contributor)
Clojure wrapper for Hector, a java client for the Apache Cassandra database. Might not be too useful/interesting depending on people's familiarity with Cassandra.

https://github.com/cl... (I'm the maintainer)
Java JMX wrapper in clojure contrib. JMX is the standard way of exposing/retrieving montoring/metric data in java apps. (Honestly probably boring to most)

https://github.com/sc... (We use it and its cool)
Better try/catch for clojure.

I actually have a use for the JMX code right now. We've just added yammer metrics (http://metrics.codaha...) and being able to pull those metrics out of JMX would be nice.

If there's any time left over I would like to give a quick demo of my app. It's a REPL-sharing web app using Clojurescript and a hodgepodge of other web libs like Noir, Aleph, Enlive, etc. I don't have a working link right now but I'll post something in a few days.

Heh, alright then. I can do a brief intro to the jmx lib and quick demo.

No big deal, I think about 5 min would be enough time for me. I'm not going to try to delve into the code or anything.
