How do you use content in your business or organization?

Epicom generates new content through videos, blogs, newsletters, and Twitter. The focus in each medium is around informing our audience about new projects and solutions we've executed around CRM. Customer Relationship Management systems do far more than their name gives credit for. The main inhibitor we've seen from users is the fact that they aren't aware of what's possible with CRM. By consistently pushing content that educates and informs, we are able to be credible and present to our audience.

I'm the Marketing Manager at Epicom, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company focused on customizing and integrating SugarCRM.
