Austin finally has an Eastern European restaurant featuring Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Romanian cuisine! "Brama" means "gates" in several languages and they are opening the gates to the humble and honest food of Eastern Europe!
Please join us for a banquet-style feast showcasing the best of their menu, including:
- borsch (vegetarian or meat option) - individual plating
- beet & goat cheese appetizer
- pelmeni (meat dumplings)
- pierogi (vegetarian dumpling)
- golubtsi (cabbage rolls)
- crepes with condensed milk
- iced black tea, infused berry teas

The beer and wine list has choices you won't find anywhere else! Polish and German lagers and wines, as well as wines from Romania, Georgia and Croatia!
There is a large parking lot. Please carpool or Uber if you plan to drink!

The holidays in downtown Austin are a magical time of year, and the Driskill hotel exemplifies gorgeous décor, ambiance and style. Plus, they have one of the best Wednesday Happy Hour’s in town, featuring half-off glasses of wine until 7pm!
Let’s get together to enjoy their fabulous selection of wine, cocktails and bites!
Plan to arrive at or after 6pm. This event is open menu, no fixed price, individual checks. The Driskill Bar is located upstairs in the back of the hotel. We will have the front area closest to the stairs reserved for our group.
Valet parking - we have an event price of $14 for our group if you have your ticket validated by a server. Otherwise, it would be $24. Street and garage parking are also available nearby and as always, if you plan to drink, please consider using Uber or have a designated driver.
