Wear workout clothes, and prepare to sweat, it's going to be hot! A few of us will probably jump in the Barton Springs Pool afterward to cool down, so bring a swimsuit if you like.
For those who are new: We'll spend the first few minutes helping you learn the movements. It's critical that you have proper form in order to get the most out of the workouts. Many people have limited exposure to kettlebells, and are not taught properly. This will help prevent injury and maximize your training results.
