Borderlands - wildlife photography of the US-Mexico border

Join us for an evening with Washington D.C. based International League of Conservation Photographer Krista Schlyer. Krista will share some of her amazing photographs documenting the diverse wildlands of the US - Mexico border, from her book Continental Divide: Wildlife, People, and the Border Wall (Texas A&M Press). The book illustrates the impact of US immigration policy on wildlife, landowners, and border communities, which is not fully understood by either policy makers or the general public.

Free admission and wine/beer/soda and snacks at Shanghai Kate's (4405 Guadalupe St) awesome out back courtyard.  Parking available on 44th Street.
