Garlic mashed "potato" recipe

Mock Garlic Mashed "Potatoes" Recipe


1 medium head cauliflower
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
2 TBSP Savory Spice Shop's Smokey Hill Cheese
2 TBSP Garlic Powder
2 TBSP Chicken Stock
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Boil, steam or grill cauliflower till done.

2. Put into food processor (or bowl and use a hand mixer) with additional ingredients.
3. Puree to your desired smoothness. Texture is the key with this recipe. Fully pureed = a whipped potato feel.
