The Yoga Meditation Group has invited us to lead a Deep Peace Meditation followed by a mellow Kirtan this Thursday.
Meditation has a deeply relaxing and peaceful effect. The ancient techniques can calm the mind, relieve tension and help you overcome stress and anxieties. This class feels blissful and helps you to experience perfect rest and recuperation. Fully guided breathing, relaxation, kirtan and meditation that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
