Book Club: Philosophy Who Needs It by Ayn Rand

Time for our next book! With this one we're getting back to a basic question in philosophy; why do we need it at all? Here Ayn Rand establishes her view of philosophy's role in human life and the implications that role has for applying philosophy to a myriad of topics.

This book's chapters are largely independent, so feel free to come to a meeting even if you have missed some.

Okay, so in defense of truth, justice, and freedom I followed Ayn Rand's advice and went to the library last night and checked out "Groundwork of the Metaphysic of Morals" and "The Critique of Judgement" by Immanuel Kant. The Groundwork is fairly short (70 pages) and I think especially relevant to Objectivism.
