Rowing - Strength & Conditioning

A strength & conditioning class tailored for rowers.  This is a hard workout, using Concept2 indoor rowing machines, etc.  These classes are led by staff of Power To Perform: nationally-certified collegiate, professional coaches <www.thepowertoperform.com>.  Classes on Friday, Nov. 9 and Friday, Nov. 16 are FREE.
