Introduction to Tai Chi (Age 50+)

Open to ages 50 or older.  If you are not a member of TTCS, please arrive early & check in with the Baca Center office.  A small per class fee may apply.

Learn the first 17 moves of the tai chi set from an accredited instructor. This gentle form of exercise and stretching and can be done by people of almost all ages and conditions.
