Sauvignon Blanc Blind Tasting - Mansion at Judges' Hill - SOLD OUT

This event will be the first in a series of eight that we will hold Thursday evenings at the Mansion at Judges Hill, at 1901 Rio Grande in Austin.

We will serve six Sauvignon Blancs for you to review and rate. These reviews and ratings will then be posted at the website.

To compliment the wines, the chef at the Mansion will be preparing four delicious appetizers, paired to the wines to compliment one another. The menu for this event includes tasting appetizers of:

Charmoula Quail with Rosemary Couscous
Southwest Crab Cake with Citrus Pico de Gallo
Seared Duck Breast with Parmesan Polenta
Smoked Salmon with Dill Pesto

This event begins promptly at 6:30 pm on Thursday, Sept. 6 and the cost is $18 per person.

As a special bonus to all who attend the blind tasting: You may order a dinner entree' after the event for 50% off the regular price. If you wish to make a dinner reservation for after the tasting, please let us know in this thread.
